This program will provide you with a solid foundation in the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Through each class we will increase the intensity to prepare you for group classes. We believe in ensuring proper mechanics and consistency of movement before progressing to high-intensity workouts.
Once you have completed the Fundamentals program, we offer group classes that are led by qualified and experienced coaches.

Offered twice a week, our super yoga instructors will lead you in a fun 1 hour, fitness-based yoga class. Bring your own mat.
